Returns & Exchanges

At Graveyard Terror Toys, we want collectors to be happy with their purchases. We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for items that remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit to use toward a future purchase. Exchanges for different sizes, variants, or products are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If an exchanged item is no longer available, store credit will be provided instead.

Return Shipping

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

If you are returning an item for any other reason - including changing your mind or ordering the wrong item - the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

Please Note...

All of our products are handmade so painted colors and styles may vary.

Inquire us about Grade A merchandise for collectors.

Some boxes may have minor shelf wear-and-tear.
